Squeezebox Squareoff
Old Vienna Restaurant
A contest to beat them all…
Oktoberfest, a traditional German celebration, was Old Vienna Restaurant’s go-to event, but they needed something else that was just as unique to help bring in additional revenue, goodwill, and branding during another part of the year. So we put our heads together to come up with the Squeezebox Squareoff, a one-of-a-kind contest of accordionists.
With standing room only, musicians came from all over to participate, beer and pretzels were served and eaten voraciously, the judges were seated, and–to top it all off–we won the PRSA award for Special Event over $5,000 for this wonderful clash of the squeezeboxes.
