When launching a new product, highlighting an anniversary or taking advantage of a display opportunity, secondary placement displays can bring valuable, unexpected revenue to a company’s bottom line. I have worked with suppliers in Asia, Europe, and the USA in order to fulfill these projects on time and within budget while always finding ways to create more cost-effective displays in the future. Below are some examples of displays that we have produced over the last three years.
In 2021, I managed 16 display projects from initiation to completion, creating over $7M in revenue. Here are the steps I took.
