Catching the consumer’s eye…

When launching a new product, highlighting an anniversary or taking advantage of a display opportunity, secondary placement displays can bring valuable, unexpected revenue to a company’s bottom line. I have worked with suppliers in Asia, Europe, and the USA in order to fulfill these projects on time and within budget while always finding ways to create more cost-effective displays in the future. Below are some examples of displays that we have produced over the last three years.

In 2021, I managed 16 display projects from initiation to completion, creating over $7M in revenue. Here are the steps I took.

  • Initiated project with sales to determine product mix and timelines

  • Created initial financials for margin worthiness

  • Finalized display renderings for customer buy in

  • Determine if display will be produced in Asia, Europe, or the USA

  • Requested corrugate, labor, and packout quotes

  • Updated financials and sent to sales for leadership approvals

  • Finalized display dielines and art

  • Sent art to corrugate supplier and set schedule for build and pack out

  • Tracked progress of display from corrugate supplier, supply chain, pack out, and ship to distribution centers
